We allow customers to return items up to 14 days from the date received.

Items must be returned to our studio by customer, as no return shipping methods are available at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

Must include receipt or proof of purchase. 

Due to the fragility of our products and the high shipping expenses for large items, we prefer customer pick-up OR we can hand deliver within 100 miles of Waynesville, NC.
